Traditional Program Tracks
Cohort tracks include Municipal Clerk Fundamentals Institute, the Municipal Clerk Emerging Leader Institute, and the Municipal Clerk Master Academy.
Annual Institutes and Academy
The annual Institute and Academy provides participants with a comprehensive learning experience, including a mix of interactive sessions, assessments to gauge understanding, and opportunities for deeper engagement through workshops and dialogues.
Program Structure: Participants select and register for their preferred track within the program.
Core Program Days: The core program takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Additional Sessions: Pre-Institute Workshops are scheduled to provide additional learning opportunities before the Institutes and Academy are held.
Session Lengths: In-person sessions are offered in blocks ranging from 1-hour to 4-hour sessions, depending on the content.
Assessments: Multiple-choice assessments are required and administered via FlexiQuiz.
Certificates: Certificates are issued upon full attendance verification and successful completion of the assessment.
Frequency: The annual program is a two-day event, and optional pre-institute workshops are held in October in Virginia.
