This CEU presentation equips municipal staff with a new understanding and tools to communicate quickly, clearly, and professionally with residents, partners, and collaborators. Whether responding to a public inquiry, coordinating with local organizations, or guiding staff during an operational change, effective communication directly shapes public trust, municipal performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Dr. Jay Grosflam has a background in the private sector that includes aerospace, technology, banking and international trade.
