This course seeks to investigate how mentorship and coaching can support municipal clerks in being successful, strengthening workplace culture, and building community trust. The course connects practice tools, real examples, and accessible strategies that can be applied immediately and in the context of supporting others in their work, whether that’s a new clerk you are mentoring, a co-worker you are coaching, or an effort to bolster your own leadership potential.
