IIMC Foundation at the Annual Conference

Funds raised by the Foundation go to support Municipal Clerks Education programs through scholarships and learning opportunities as well as fund speakers and education sessions at the IIMC Annual Conference. Since 1984, the Foundation has awarded or contributed more than $1 million to educate Municipal Clerks. 

Conference Grant Program

The Conference Grant Program is designed to allow two IIMC members from each of IIMC's regions to attend the IIMC Annual Conference each May. If awarded a grant, IIMC Foundation will cover the cost of each awardee's IIMC Annual Conference Registration.

The 2026 Conference Grant application period is now live. Applications are due February 12, 2026.

Silent Auction

The IIMC Foundation will again hold the popular “Silent Auction” in Reno, Nevada. 

Don’t forget to bring your donation items for the IIMC Foundation Silent Auction in Reno! Proceeds from the auction are used to fund scholarships and educational programs for IIMC members. Drop your item(s) at registration or bring them to the exhibit hall on Sunday morning.
