Change is a constant in today's organizations, and leaders need to be able to navigate it successfully. In this course, participants will learn about the different laws and regulations that govern the HR function. The course will cover key federal laws, such as Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
